This limited series is capped at 20 worldwide prints of any size. Limited edition prints are manufactured using professional-grade archival inks and printed on acid-free fine art canvases. The surface of each print is individually reworked by Iris Scott in her studio and finished with a signed oil hand print on the back. Iris Scott adds unique color upon the printed image, which plays with the original artwork to make a compositional variation. The artist effectively creates an alternate version of her image for each new edition in this limited series. A soft blaze of sun slips across the ocean as a formation of pelicans glides overhead, silent, weightless, certain. This textured seascape captures a luminous low tide along the California coast, where sea foam meets sandstone and flight becomes a ceremony. The sky opens in hues of lavender, apricot, and turquoise, holding both stillness and motion in the same breath.
